The Oval Office creates impact for Roularta Media Group
The Oval Office recently launched a new employer branding and recruitment campaign for Roularta Media Group. Roularta is facing a digital (r)evolution. Innovation is crucial if we are to stay at the top of our field. For this transformation they are actively searching for pioneers to help shape their (digital) narrative.
For seventy years, the group has been creating news, business and lifestyle content for a wide audience, increasingly through digital means. With over 1,200 employees and brands such as Libelle, Kanaal Z and Knack, standing still is not an option. Based on empathic analysis, the Employee Communications team of The Oval Office has developed a creative concept that is fully in line with the digital transformation. An extensive programme of intake sessions, focus groups and workshops resulted in a new and unique Employer Value Proposition: "Ready to create media with impact?".
The new recruitment campaign positions Roularta Media Group as the ideal employer for young and innovative talent. The Oval Office opts for authenticity: the models in the photo shoot are actual Roularta employees and our in-house studio created the graphic design.
The campaign is now live on the Belgian job site mijntoekomstbijroularta.be and will also be launched in the Netherlands.
